How Does Exemestane 25mg Tablet Work?

Exemestane acts as a false substrate for aromatase, the enzyme responsible for converting androgens into estrogen in body tissues. The enzyme processes exemestane into an intermediate form that binds irreversibly to its active site, a mechanism known as suicide inhibition.
