We offer free delivery on all orders above Rs. 3000. This offer is applicable for customers all across Pakistan.
How long will delivery take?
Our delivery partners M&P, Leopard, TCS, and PostEx deliver all orders within 1 to 3 Business Days across Pakistan. We deliver within 24 hours in Karachi.
What exactly happens after ordering?
We send you a receipt and tracking ID via email and phone. It takes us 2 hours to dispatch your order and change your order status from processing.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you recieve an invoice for your order. Please note that we will send the invoice from our official email support@pakmeds.com. Do not reply or interact with emails from untrusted senders.

What is PakMed's refund policy?
We offer refunds only IF the products are expired when you recieve the order. These cases are very improbable, but we have SOPs in place as a safeguard protocol.

Do we require prescriptions for orders?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel any order before dispatch. We will refund the order payments via the original payment method. While, we try to process refunds ASAP, it may take around 3 business days.
