01 What are the delivery charges for orders?
Delivery is free on all orders above Rs. 3,000 — applicable for customers all across Pakistan. For orders below Rs. 3,000, a standard flat shipping fee of Rs. 300 applies.

02 How long will my delivery take?
Orders in Karachi are delivered within 24 hours. For all other cities across Pakistan, delivery takes 1 to 3 business days. We ship with trusted courier partners — M&P, Leopard, TCS, and PostEx — to ensure safe and timely delivery.

03 What happens after I place my order?
As soon as your order is confirmed, we send you a receipt and tracking ID via email and SMS. Our team dispatches your order within 2 hours, after which your order status will update from "Processing" to "Dispatched" so you can track it live.

04 Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes — an invoice is sent for every order. It will arrive from our official email address support@pakmeds.com. Please do not reply to or interact with emails from any other sender claiming to be PakMeds.

05 Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Karachi and a range of online payment methods including bank transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash. Payment details are presented during checkout. If you have a question about a specific payment method, reach out to us at support@pakmeds.com.

06 How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking ID via SMS and email. You can use this ID on the website of the courier handling your parcel — M&P, Leopard, TCS, or PostEx — to follow your shipment in real time. If you have any trouble tracking your order, call us at +92 320 8156002 and we'll check the status for you.

07 Do you deliver to all cities in Pakistan?
Yes — we deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and Peshawar, as well as more remote areas like Quetta, Ziarat, Gilgit, Skardu, and Hunza. Delivery times vary by location — same-day in Karachi, and 1 to 3 business days everywhere else.

08 What should I do if my order is delayed or hasn't arrived?

06 What is PakMeds' refund policy?
We offer refunds if products are found to be expired upon receipt. While these cases are very rare given our strict quality checks, we have safeguard protocols in place. Refunds are processed back through the original payment method. For more detail, visit our Refund Policy page.

08 Do I need a prescription to order?
It depends on the medicine. Some specialised medicines are prescription-only, while others are available over the counter (OTC). Each product page clearly states whether a prescription is required. If you have a prescription, use our Instant Order page to upload it directly and our team will handle the rest.

09 Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel any order before it has been dispatched. We'll refund the full payment via your original payment method. We process refunds as quickly as possible, though it may take up to 3 business days to reflect. To cancel, contact us immediately at +92 320 8156002 or support@pakmeds.com.

10 What if I received the wrong or damaged item?

15 How do I upload my prescription?
Go to our Instant Order page, take a clear photo of your prescription, and upload it using the form provided. Our pharmacists will review it, locate all your required medicines, and call you within a few hours to confirm the order before dispatch. Make sure the prescription is clearly legible and includes your doctor's details.

16 What if the medicine I need is out of stock?
If a medicine is currently out of stock, contact us directly — we may be able to source it for you through our distributor network, or place a special NOC (Non-Objection Certificate) order on your behalf. Visit our Order on Demand (NOC) page, or call us at +92 320 8156002 to discuss your requirements.

17 How are medicines packaged to ensure they arrive safely?
All orders are carefully packed in tamper-evident, secure packaging to protect the integrity of your medicines during transit. For temperature-sensitive products, we use appropriate insulated packaging. Your privacy is also protected — the outer packaging does not display the contents of your order.

18 Is my personal and payment information secure?
Yes. Your personal information and payment data are handled with strict confidentiality. We use secure, encrypted payment gateways and never store your card details on our servers. Your data is used only to process and deliver your order. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.

19 How do I know my medicines won't be near their expiry date?
We have a strict First Expiry First Out (FEFO) warehouse policy, meaning medicines with earlier expiry dates are dispatched first. We never dispatch medicines with a remaining shelf life of less than 6 months. Every item is checked during packing. If you ever receive a product close to or past its expiry date, contact us immediately for a full replacement or refund.
