Perjeta Ingredients and Usage

• Avoid concurrent anthracycline based chemotherapy, which raises the risk of cardiac toxicity when combined with Perjeta and trastuzumab.

• Inform your doctor of any heart disease, hypertension, or prior chest radiotherapy before starting Perjeta treatment.

• Discontinue Perjeta permanently if left ventricular ejection fraction declines and does not recover on retesting.
