What is an NOC Order?
A No Objection Certificate (NOC) is required by DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan) for the import of medicines not locally registered in Pakistan. These include:
- Imported oncology / cancer medicines
- Rare disease treatments not manufactured in Pakistan
- Specialty biologics and biosimilars
- Controlled substances with special regulatory approval
- Medicines with compassionate-use status

Document Verification
We verify your prescription and patient details with a licensed pharmacist. Additional documents may be requested from your doctor.
DRAP NOC Application
PakMeds applies for an import NOC from DRAP on your behalf. This process typically takes 10–30 business days depending on the medicine.
Import & Quality Check
Once the NOC is approved, the medicine is imported and undergoes full quality control and cold-chain verification.
Delivery to Your Door
The medicine is dispatched via temperature-controlled courier directly to your address anywhere in Pakistan.
