We have partnered with trusted and reputable courier services, including TCS, Leopard Courier, and M&P, to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your medicines.
1.2 Delivery Timeline
Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days across Pakistan.
Express Delivery (Karachi Only): For customers located in Karachi, we offer express delivery within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery times are subject to verification of your prescription and successful payment confirmation. Delays may occur during public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier issues.
1.3 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and details of the courier partner. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery progress through the courier’s website or customer service helpline.
1.4 Liability Disclaimer
While we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you promptly and securely, PakMeds is not liable for:
Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen logistics disruptions,
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or
Orders that the customer fails to receive due to absence, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery.
Once a parcel is handed over to our courier partners, the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service.
2. Refund and Return Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
PakMeds maintains strict quality control to ensure that all medicines and healthcare products are authentic and within their validity period. However, we offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:
The product you receive is expired at the time of delivery.
In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting our customer support team and providing photo evidence of the expired product.
2.2 Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Medicines or medical products with opened or broken seals.
Used or partially consumed products.
Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling.
Products purchased without a valid prescription (if required by law).
We strictly adhere to healthcare product safety regulations, which prohibit the resale or reuse of opened or used medical items.
2.3 Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, you will be notified via email or phone.
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase (if applicable).
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
2.4 Replacement Option
If a product is found to be expired or defective, customers may also opt for a replacement rather than a refund, subject to product availability.
